Update 12 - First Mission Demo!


Game has now entered into a First Mission Demo build! I'm not sure just how many missions there will be in the full game, but they'll be something similar to what you see here in the new fleshed out Haunted House. This still isn't a flawless build, and minor updates will still continue with the same frequency and formatting, but now more attention will be given to changing things up in this first slice of the game with bug fixes and qol instead of making too much new content. Once a decent baseline is established here, the rest of the game will unfold a lot more smoothly.

  • Added a bossfight with The Teacher. Game will end at this point upon winning.
  • Added a secret bossfight with the Forest Princess. She will appear in the forest entrance area. (Spritework by Exody from the discord)
  • Plenty more enemies and items added around the Forest and Haunted House for you to explore.
  • Enemy speeds have been tweaked.
  • Enemies now have a red flashing visual indicator for when they are aggroed.
  • You can now travel between payphones once you reach one in an area.
  • Added tiny interactive glints to some containers that were only part of tilesets. Now you can tell what can be looted and what is already looted.
  • Removed a useless slot in the equip menu so now all slots show up in the window and you don't have to scroll down.
  • A friend of mine reported that his keyboard controls didn't work. If you're stuck using mouse controls, please let me know. Otherwise, try adjusting custom controls in the settings.
